Hi, I am Jenny Schoenmann and I’ve experienced firsthand the power of slowing down and bringing ease into yoga and daily life.

As a yoga teacher, breathing coach, soul-based coach, and author of The Magical Morning Method, I’m here to help you build strength, stability, and resilience while feeling deeply nourished.

Through mindful movement, breath, and guidance, yoga becomes more than physical practice. It becomes a way to feel energized, balanced, and alive every day.

The Story Behind THE EASE Yoga Online Library

THE EASE began when my students asked how to continue their practice while I was on summer vacation. I recorded a few videos, and the response was overwhelming. As demand grew, THE EASE Yoga Online Library was born. Now enjoyed by people all over the world.

With over 13 years of teaching in-person yoga, plus training in breathwork, mindfulness, and soul-based coaching, I create practices to help you feel stronger, healthier, balanced, and at ease.

Yes, new practices are added regularly based on requests, seasonal themes, and member feedback.

Consistency matters more than frequency. Many members start with 3–4 sessions per week, but you can practice daily if it feels right. You choose the rhythm that supports your life.

No! Most practices require only a yoga mat. Some sessions may suggest props like a blanket, cushion, or block, but I always provide alternatives so you can use what you have at home.

Yes! The practices include clear guidance and modifications. You don’t need prior yoga experience. Always honor your body, follow what feels good in the moment, and avoid pushing or pressuring yourself.

THE EASE is your online yoga library of guided practices for strength, balance, ease, mindfulness, breathwork, and well‑being. You can access sessions anytime, anywhere, and practice at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi/ni.
